Current players such as Nectr, Grinds, NZE, LEWA, and Ultra show that consumers understand the proposition: functional ingredients, discretion, sugar-free use, and convenience in pouch form.

The opportunity lies in building the strongest brand and community, cleanest economics, and most repeatable distribution model within the functional pouch format while owning the IP.

The pouch market is littered with brands that fail because of manufacturing bottlenecks, inconsistent moisture levels, or broken supply chains. SZN is built on a foundation of operational security.

We have secured a formal manufacturing contract with LEWA of Sweden, a proven player in the functional pouch space, effectively de-risking our entire supply chain.

While competitors often struggle with unproven manufacturers or kitchen-table setups, SZN has a professional contract that guarantees quality control and reliable output.

We utilize their facility to produce our specific, R&D-backed formulations.

Our 100mg caffeine and B-vitamin complex is dialed in and ready for high-volume production without the technical "guessing games" that plague new entrants.

This contract ensures that as we move from Phase 1 (D2C) to Phase 2 (Ambassadors), our supply meets the demand. We have eliminated the production bottlenecks that derail most early-stage CPG ventures.
